Annual Mail Voting
You must APPLY to vote by mail every year that you wish to vote by mail.
When you apply to be an annual mail voter, you are indicating that:
You want to receive a mail ballot for every election in that year (You will automatically receive a mail ballot for any election during that period.) –AND–
You would like the county to remind you to apply to vote by mail every year. (Every February, you will receive a paper form to request to vote by mail in every election during that year or you can submit a request online.
Important Dates for 2026
OCT. 19 – Last day to register to vote in the Nov. 4 General Election
OCT. 19 – Last day to apply for a mail-in or civilian absentee ballot for the General Election
NOV. 3 - GENERAL ELECTION. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mail ballots must be returned to the Allegheny County Elections Division by 8 p.m. (Postmarks do not count.)
EARLY VOTING AND MAIL BALLOT RETURN OPTIONS AT NORTH PARK ICE RINK:
The North Park Ice Rink is located at 1200 Pierce Mill Rd., Wexford 15090
Voters may ONLY drop off THEIR OWN mail ballots.

Saturdays & Sundays, Oct. 17/18 & 24/25, 9 am to 4 pm
BALLOT RETURN ONLY on final weekend before election
You may return your ballot in person to the satellite voting location at North Park Ice Rink:
Friday, Oct. 30 & Monday, Nov. 2 • 11 am to 7 pm
Saturday, Oct. 31 & Sunday, Nov. 1 • 9 am to 5 pm
Voting in Pine

Three directors represent each of three regions at any given time. School directors are selected in odd-year elections.
